The car was perfect for our needs and the price through QEEQ was by far the best price we received for a comparable vehicle.
The staff at Alpha were great, very efficient and very friendly.
Good service, but drivers must have a credit card and a driver's permit translation. Both are mandatory. It's not as flexible as the Avis system but cheaper, and rental times are highly flexible. Overall, it's good!
The pickup location in Gold Coast is not within the airport. You need to call them, and a car will come to pick you up in about 5 minutes. Overall, the experience was good, and after renting the car, they will email you to inquire about your satisfaction.
This company is not large, but the staff and vehicle options are very satisfactory and feel like great value. For parents looking to rent a car and need safety seats or boosters, I recommend the Gold Coast branch which offers safety seats for rent at a reasonable price.
This is the second time we booked a car thru Alpha Car Hire. The first time around was a very good experience, hence the reason why we went with them again this time around, and they did not disappoint. Very easy to deal with and their staff are super friendly. Will definitely use them again in the future.
