Forcing insurance sales, rude if you don't buy, difficult return process, finding faults

The rental fee is indeed not high. However, there are many hidden costs, such as an extra charge if you drive more than 90 miles per day; the insurance is very expensive, costing £40 per day. Additionally, the road conditions on the way to the Scottish Highlands were not great; the tires and rims got slightly damaged along the way, but it didn't affect driving at all. The tires were Hankook 16-inch tires. When returning the car, I was told that the tires needed to be replaced and the rims needed to be repaired, and I had to compensate £466. This is simply outrageous, the hidden costs here are too much. I will never rent from them again.

Good value for money, good cars, staff demotivated and generally unhelpful. They usuallly don't pick up their phone.

I will definately rent from here again. Travel regularly from Australia to see family. Will tell friends and family. Keep up the great service. Shaun and Zil huge assets to your organisation.

I have written separately to Green Motion. I would NEVER use them again and will be recommending to any and everybody the same. The rental prices are low but they con you out of ridiculous sums of money for so called repairs. These people are bad
