Like: Ease of picking up and dropping off the car. Dislike: I could not do the inspection after drop-off because they wanted to wash the car first and I had to catch my flight.
Like: Because it was rented on boxing day and returned on New years day I expected there may be problems but all was fine. We were given option of bigger vehicles and because there were no snow tires available we took this to be safer. We went through a pretty huge snow storm and were happy we opted for the heavier vehicle with 4 wheel drive. Dislike: The Ford explorer ended up being great in snow but a bit hard on gas and it was a very uncomfortable ride. this has nothing to do with the rental agency..just the maker of the vehicle...
