It took a very long time to pick up the car in San Francisco International. Getting off an 11 Hr flight to wait over an hour to check in for a car with a very long queue wasn’t ideal.
The service at the desk from the Hertz agent was excellent which made up for the wait
Took a long time getting the car. Hertz desk was very busy so the waiting time in queue was long. Once at the desk I was told the cars weren’t available and I had to wait. The queuing process was chaotic and disorganised.
Amazing experience. They were very helpful when I asked to extend the rental.
