Fantastic rental - a breeze from reservation to drop-off

Did not realize car pickup occurred at site remote from main rental car pickup site. Too much additional time involved! Also, long wait once arrived at Routes rental pickup site. Also, learned at pickup site that insurance card had to be provided. Not made clear enough at time of booking, and did not print out with pickup instruction sheet.

Easy process. They tried to give me a different type of vehicle saying they did not have any available but then found keys to the type i had requested originally. The vehicle was missing an antenna and the interior roof was dirty. The staff was fast and ready to help.

Cheapest prices around. I've used Easyrentcars several times and have not been disappointed.

Vehicle was fine. However, the information for getting the shuttle bus from the airport to the pick up point was sparse and led to a delay. The information about shuttle service to the drop off was not detailed enough.

I will be using your web site again and would definitely use Routes again.

the car was almost new and was just out of the car wash. The attendant found a damaged antenna that we did not see and pointed it out. Efficient and professional service.
