The staff at the counter was very very good . Puneet Kaur was the staff on duty . Extremely courteous and well behaved.. Performed her duty beautifully

It's very good.. But they should also keep the pay later preference
Specifically paid extra for Toyota RAV 4, but received FORD ESCAPE. Which were cheaper to book. Receptionist treated my like an idiot - "it's basically the same car". Take it or leave it.
Windshield was chipped even though I was assured car had no damage and I had to explain myself during the drop-off.
I thought I could get Nisssan car but the customer service representative gave me another car without explanation.
Moreover, my deposit hasn’t been refunded for more than 10 days. I need to call Thrifty again for clarification.
