All they cared about was us upgrading the car for more money. When we said no, they immediately changed their attitude and became very dismissive.

They forced an additional insurance purchase and didn't recognize QEEQ platform's insurance, making communication very difficult.

Be warned, the rental company already charged for insurance through the booking platform, but at the store, they will add a super expensive insurance without asking, which is way more costly than the rental fee. This is a deceptive tactic. Additionally, the documents are mostly in Spanish, making it hard to understand. You might think you have fully paid, but that’s not the case. Do not fall for it!!! Excellent service, no pushy insurance sales. After exiting the security gate, proceed straight towards the main airport terminal, you'll find the rental counter on the right-hand corridor. There's a service desk in the parking lot with staff ready to assist with vehicle inspection. The signage in the parking lot is clear, and returning the car to T1 is straightforward by following the car rental signs to Europcar. Vehicle inspection was quick and efficient. This is the best car rental experience I’ve had in years, five stars.
