car was paid for prior to pickup. the lady at the counter told me it was 14€ per day for extra insurance but then ended up charging my card 35€ per day. there is also an additional charge for roadside assistance which i did not ask for but they placed in my bill. They also charged 169$ CAD to my card and i cannot find out what this charge is for since the car was paid for prior to pickup.

Not bad, we wanted to change to a bigger car. Added a bit of money and got it done.

No one was present from the company when picking up the car, had to get help from staff of another company.

Picking up the car was fairly smooth. Handed over all the required documents, filled out a form, and that was it. However, the card machine didn't work well when charging my credit card. Even though I received a success message on my phone, they said it didn't go through and had to preauthorize my card twice.

I chose a pick-up location with few people, no need to queue, and the service was good.
