Overall, it was okay. Communication during pickup wasn't smooth; the staff were not very patient and had an average attitude, but there were no major issues. Returning the car was relatively simple.

Great. The reserved manual Golf model was unavailable, and we got a free upgrade to an automatic. The rental company's service attitude was good, the car was in great condition, and we were very satisfied. However, the return signs were not very conspicuous, making it easy to take the wrong route.

The service was quite satisfactory. It's best to pick up the car on time, otherwise, there may not be a suitable vehicle available if you arrive early.

The staff at Enterprise in Germany were very friendly but not very efficient, the queue was too long. The car I rented had several damages which seemed unrecorded in their system. Fortunately, I spotted them and had the staff note them down on the documents.
