The car rental company's service was quite good, and they handled things in an orderly manner. All the documents and the car pickup process were clear.
The experience was average. The only thing that exceeded my expectations was the free upgrade to an SUV due to the unavailability of the reserved model. I was first asked to change the return location, and then told that the bumper had scratches upon return. However, I had been very cautious and did not have any collisions. Thankfully, I had supplemental insurance.
