About Alamo:7.0/10
A map showing where the car is located would really help we spent ages lookING for the car. Although my fault I was so busy looking up at numbers that I missed a step by the lifts and pushed my father in the wheelchair over the step (although it has a tape it is faded and if looking up is very easy to miss) and he fell out and banged his head.
Why does the alamo sector have a reverse numbering scheme to the rest of the whole parking lot.
Very satisfied, there was no queue when we rented the car. The receptionist was a male salesman with a ponytail, he was very enthusiastic and efficient. He even helped us drive the car to the door outside the counter. Although he wasn't there when we returned the car, another staff member helped us park the car back in the parking lot. The service throughout was excellent!
Alamo rental experience was great Francesca was very friendly and helpful. When the car was found to be malfunctioning, she assisted in coordinating help.

Booking platform was good, with the exception of applying a discount that was due for using the app. I never received the discount and have been added to marketing....
Counter staff very helpful. Vehicle was supposed to have full tank but didn’t but they accepted this without issue in return.
