About One Switch: 2.0 /10
If the rating scale was 10 being great down to 0 being the worst then I would give an extremely large negative number to rate this company because it is the most awful and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. In addition to this being a truly terrible experience I now have a fraudulent charge from here that my credit card company is disputing and taking care of. After that is resolved I am seeking further legal action against this company. I will make sure everyone I know and even people I don't know never ever use this company.

Waiting for too long to get a car, when I was driving on the road about 30 minutes I got a flat tire after arriving to my hotel . I called the counter service or someone denied helping me out, service business is very poor, occupation is unprofessional . Service staff should inspect the entire car carefully before handing out the car to customers. P.S ,. There was a nail in the tire

What I should right about my experience, they are the worse and also make you pay more by showing all the different expenses and also doesn't give the car even if we denied it. So never ever going to rent a car from them nor recommend any one to do so. I can't comment or rate the experience in the car since I didn't used one. So give and option to chose service not received at all.

“Affordable, just what I needed”
About One Switch: 10.0 /10
You do have to pay extra for using your insurance, but it’s not bad. Also paid extra for the sun pass but overall cost still ended being less than places like Enterprise. Very friendly staff and the vehicle was in great condition.
