The store staff are very friendly. Although their spoken English has a bit of an accent, it is still understandable. However, they do recommend additional paid options.
Customer service was good, but the persistent upselling was unpleasant. The agent suggested our car was too small and we should upgrade, but we knew for sure the car we booked was large enough. When we saw the car, it indeed had plenty of room for our two large suitcases and a stroller.
