Qeeqさんで予約した車のクラス以下の車を配車されてしまった。また借りる際、カウンターのスタッフさんからは車種のアップグレードを有料でオファーもあり、カウンターのスタッフさんの認識不足なのか、分かりませんが、代理店さんで予約した商品とは異なるグレードをレンタルしたことは残念でした。
