As expected from a major car rental company, everything was great. The service attitude was excellent, and the car had only been driven 13,000 miles, so it was pretty new. The acceleration was responsive, and the brakes were sharp—really a good car. However, there were quite a few small scratches. Remember to record those yourself. QEEQ has a dedicated feature for uploading photos, which I think is great for keeping evidence and avoiding future troubles.

さきほども書きましたが、車は決して古くなく良かったのですが、チェックランプが付いたので可もなくといった感じです。

安く車を借りれたことには満足です。今回は不運にも車自体のトラブルがありましたが、運が悪かったと思ってます。ただ車が故障したあとの対応が最悪でした。 QEEQさんか、Thriftyさんのどちらに伝えればいい判断が難しいところですが、約束した時間・場所に車を取りに来るなら、来て欲しかったし、それが無理になって翌朝空港まで送ります。朝の9時半に迎えに行きますと言うなら、時間厳守で迎えに来てくれないと、何時間も時間をロスすることになります。今回はチェックランプがついても走れたので飛行機にも間に合いましたが、自走できなかった場合を考えると非常に不安です。
