Nous aurions aimé lors de la restitution du véhicule avoir un écrit pour dire que le véhicule rendu était en parfait état.
On a rendu les clefs et au revoir.
They said the reserved model was not available and suggested upgrading to an Audi A5 for additional cost. What a coincidence! I was tired and sleepy, so I agreed. The car was nice. The staff were quite detailed during pickup, explaining everything clearly. Also rented a GPS (BTW the Chinese GPS from Zuzuche suddenly stopped working :-). Staff were rather lax and casual during drop-off (relaxed?). Next time, I'll go with Hertz.
Dislike: The first car had no spare tire or spacesaver. Another car, upgrade, was provided. Thanks.
