Car condition was great. Had to extend the vehicle hire due to airline change of times. Very appreciative for their accommodating my request. Will use for future vehicle rental

Very shift people, gave me a big car with terrible cigarette smell then swap that car for big SUV, which is not my use.
they push you to get what ever they have regardless of what you have booked.
car looks good outside but inside dust and stain/sticky steering wheels, seats, door handle etc.
Vehicle only quarter full at pick up. Vehicle blowing massive amount of smoke on acceleration and following vehicle stopped us to inform us. Informed desk on return and either didn't understand or disinterested.
