Super experience with

Overall service was satisfactory. There was an accident during the trip, and it's been over half a month without a charge. Not sure if the final repair claim will go smoothly.

I got a Hyundai kona which can hardly fit 2x 26inches luggage unlike a Mitsubishi or Toyota chr. Hardly considered mid size SUV

Staff were to busy flirting with each other so they didn’t talk us through the car or explain very much.

Like: The car was in good condition and the collection process was smooth and fast, albeit the initial confusion on the type of car booked.
Dislike: The car was returned at 3.30am and there was no one manning the return counter. All there was was a self key drop with no proper instructions as to how it should be done. Perhaps a clearer instruction should be posted for ease of return during odd hours

Like: One of the cheapest i’ve been able to find. With it being very easy to use and the whole process from booking to paying to collecting and dropping off was pretty seamless.
