I went to the car rental office after 1 hour of the appointment time. They let me wait almost an hour due to the car is just washing. They also don't have the model I booked (Mercedes-Benz Vito, 9 seats, automatic), so they offer the Renault traffic L2 minibus (9 seats, automatic and large space for the luggage)
Overall, it was pretty good. They will recommend insurance, but will not insist if you refuse. The deposit of £1500 takes 7 days to be refunded. The actual rental car was a Peugeot, and the interior space was quite large.
They tried to upsell insurance services. There’s a strict mileage limit, but fortunately the staff was lenient during the car exchange and didn’t charge extra fees.
