great value for money

Budget was great. We had tried to book through them initially but each time we went back to the site the price had gone up. Went through qeeq and got a good price for what we wanted.

Qeeq worked well. Had never heard of it before so was sceptical but that turned out to be unfounded. They gave us a heads up about the hold/bond that would be required on pickup which saved us stressing about it at the time.

Really liked it

When we arrived at the counter, they told us the car model we reserved was not available and offered an upgrade, which we refused. Then they insisted we buy insurance, even though we already had full coverage. They said our insurance bought through Zuzuche was not valid and we had to buy theirs to be covered. Since it was midnight back home and we couldn't call Zuzuche for clarification, we had no choice but to buy their insurance. They also told us our rented car couldn't leave Vancouver without extra charges. We argued but to no avail. We had to pay extra, and the final cost was double the original rental price. We waited another hour to get the car, making the whole experience horrible and extremely unsatisfactory!

Car was fine but the service on pick up was absolutely awful. Long line at the desk then staff tried to up sell. Eventually booked in and then had to wait for the car for about 45 minutes! What is the point of booking on line? Definitely would not recommend using this company. Had a much better experience in Calgary with Enterprise.

I got an upgrade to a Jaguar E-pace which was awesome!! The customer representative was good and wanted to know my requirements in order to provide me a car that matched my requirements. I would go for Budget again.

The booking platform is great! Really simple and easy to book platform.
