Everything is good except on one day in Cape tribulation , the car didn't start when we finished and try to go back to our hotel at 4:30 PM. There is no service in the area. Luckily a tourist took us to the restaurant to use the land line and we call road assistant and they order a tow truck to help us. At 5:30 PM , suddenly the car can start and we cancel the tow truck. We were scare because it was getting dark and it was a long way to go back. We still do not know what was wrong with the van, but finally everything is OK

Better customer service especially on return, your customer service would not listen about pre-existing damage.

Atlas still havent refunded my security deposit though its over a month.. I rented the car on 9th March and its 17th April, there is no sign of refund. Every time I call them, they say its in process.

This is my first experience posting negative feedback for any business - so it was bad! The woman at the service counter needs some support in her job. People were lined up for service & she appeared stressed & miserable. Her communication was rude & abrupt. At one point she kicked us all out of the office so she could take a short break. She insulted me in front of a line of people waiting, announcing that I couldn't afford to pay when the issue was that I held cash & not a credit card. I was alone in a strange city with 2 children in tow. She upset me a lot. There was nothing easy about dealing with this company.
