This rental location is small, with limited vehicles and cramped parking space. I booked a RAV4 but got a Chevrolet instead, which had a small luggage space. There was also a bit of trash inside the car, and the cleanliness was not as good as ENTERPRISE.
The car was new, easy to locate, and the return process was convenient. However, when picking up the car, the employee handed over the keys and disappeared. I noticed significant scratches on the car and waited a long time for the employee to return. I requested a note on the condition, but he said it wasn't his job and that photos were already emailed. I had to take a video for my own record. The return process didn't have any issues, and the $200 deposit was refunded today, which made me feel relieved.
I booked a full-size car, but when I got to the store, the only option they had was a Chevy Cruze, which I didn't like. There were no other cars in the same category available, so they downgraded me to a Nissan Versa but still charged the same amount. Since I had prepaid through QEEQ, I couldn't get a refund for the price difference. It wasn't much of a difference anyway, so I didn't really mind. The car drove fine.
