The rental area is very spacious with hardly any people, no lines. I was assisted by a Latino elderly man, whose attitude was mediocre.

Simple procedures, easy pickup and return, and the car was in excellent condition.

The receptionist noticed our luggage and suggested upgrading the vehicle for an additional charge. After some negotiation, we agreed to pay an extra 300 dollars. When we saw the Chevrolet in the garage, it looked as big as a tank, which shocked us. With the help of the garage staff, we switched to a smaller Ford Explorer of the same class. Although it's an SUV, it felt a bit underpowered on inclines.

I picked up the car in San Francisco and returned it in Las Vegas. Although my English is poor, the rental company provided excellent service. The process of picking up and returning the car was fast and convenient. Very good experience.

Like: I was particularly impressed at how quickly we went through the pickup process, especially given how huge the crowd was and how stressed the other customers looked. We used the self-checkout process at the SFO Alamo counter, and while the kiosk actually malfunctioned, this allowed a manager on duty to whisk us through the process in remarkably short time. We had no issues with the reservation, and we were even given a wide choice of cars to choose from in the parking deck, including even a pickup truck (despite that we'd reserved a compact car). The return process was equally smooth, efficient and utterly hassle-free.
