The service attitude and vehicle condition were good. The only downside was being charged for adding a second driver mid-rental; only noticed it on the invoice. However, after negotiating with QEEQ, the refund was processed quickly.

The staff at the store were very friendly and patiently answered all questions. The car, a Chevrolet Captiva, was in good condition with only 8000 miles on it, though it was a bit dusty inside and out. There were no upsells; I voluntarily added roadside assistance since we were driving to Yellowstone and Beartooth. The rental deposit was surprisingly only $80. There was a small incident - I left the free GPS provided by QEEQ in the car when I returned it, but I only realized it after I had flown to San Francisco. I called Alamo, and they mailed it to me the next day. I was very satisfied. QEEQ's phone support had mentioned a long online form process, which was totally unnecessary. However, mailing it to me via FedEx took 4 days and cost nearly $20, which compared to domestic shipping in China is quite expensive.
