The Alamo branch at Salt Lake City is very convenient. You can handle the rental process directly at the airport upon arrival. The process is efficient and quick, and the car models and conditions are good. Alamo in Salt Lake City is very close to the terminal, just a 5-minute walk. Several car rental companies are in the same building. The Alamo staff were very friendly, and I picked up the car directly with my driver's license. The Ford Escape I rented was unavailable, so they gave me a free upgrade to a Chevrolet Equinox. The car's condition was good, with over 20,000 kilometers, and it was very spacious, although the power was just average.

This time I rented a car at Salt Lake City Airport to visit Yellowstone for a week. I booked a mid-size SUV and got a Chevrolet EQUINOX at pickup. The car is quite large, comparable to a Highlander. Even though I couldn't choose, I was quite satisfied as the odometer showed only over 3000 miles. Drove around Yellowstone for a week, and the car was in good condition with excellent performance on overtaking. A $75 deposit was held at pickup. Returning the car was very convenient, just drove to the airport garage, a young lady came to inspect, scanned the barcode, and printed the receipt. I had refueled before returning, and the deposit was refunded immediately. Overall, the experience was very convenient, the car was in good condition, and QEEQ's website was very user-friendly with prices cheaper than booking directly on US sites, highly recommend.

Renting a car at Salt Lake City Airport was very convenient, right at the airport exit. After completing the paperwork at the counter, the staff gave us the keys and told us the parking spot number, and we went to the rear parking lot to get the car ourselves. They also provided a damage report for the car, informing us that if we found any issues upon inspection, we could contact the staff in the parking lot to correct them. The staff asked if we wanted to add roadside assistance insurance. Since we were told that we would get a brand new car with only 4000 miles on it, and our rental fee already included comprehensive insurance, we felt it was unnecessary to add any extra coverage (which proved to be correct, as the trip went smoothly and the car was in excellent condition).

The staff at the store were very friendly and patiently answered all questions. The car, a Chevrolet Captiva, was in good condition with only 8000 miles on it, though it was a bit dusty inside and out. There were no upsells; I voluntarily added roadside assistance since we were driving to Yellowstone and Beartooth. The rental deposit was surprisingly only $80. There was a small incident - I left the free GPS provided by QEEQ in the car when I returned it, but I only realized it after I had flown to San Francisco. I called Alamo, and they mailed it to me the next day. I was very satisfied. QEEQ's phone support had mentioned a long online form process, which was totally unnecessary. However, mailing it to me via FedEx took 4 days and cost nearly $20, which compared to domestic shipping in China is quite expensive.

Thankfully, I had prepared one, or it could have been troublesome. The car was new, but the front cigarette lighter was broken, so I had to use the other one. This made the GPS power cord barely long enough, so I had to place it on the dashboard, where it kept falling off.

Not bad. Although the model we booked was unavailable, they gave us a Malibu instead, which was a bit small. But the car was still good, just not great for uphill driving. Returning the car was extremely easy.

Even though it was a new car, it broke down unexpectedly, and the roadside assistance was very slow, which affected our subsequent plans. The rental agreement was for six days, but the car broke down after just four days. There was no compensation or refund for the remaining two days.

1. I booked a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but they gave me a Chevrolet SUV instead. 2. I specified returning the car at Salt Lake City Airport, but later found that our hotel was only a 10-minute drive from the airport (in fact, it was in the city center), so I asked if we could return the car in the city center instead. The answer was no. After returning the car at the airport, there was no service to take us back to the hotel.
