Small rental shop with good value. The car had 50,000 kilometers on it. There were many small cars available. There was a long queue when picking up the car, but no queue when returning it.
Difficult to contact and hard to find. It was challenging to get in touch with someone for car pickup as calls went unanswered multiple times. When returning the car, there was no one available even though it was only around 4 PM, so I had to hand the keys to a nearby parking attendant. It's been over ten days, and I still haven't received an email confirmation regarding the return.
The store is a few minutes away from the airport. After calling, we learned that a staff member was already waiting at gate 3 of Terminal 3. They also dropped us off there after returning the car. The process of picking up and returning the car was quite satisfactory, but the car we received might have been in an accident, as its performance was mediocre.
