The originally booked car was unavailable. The supposedly equivalent car provided had noticeably less space. We were asked to pay extra for a larger Suburban.

Why is that? The car was the one I reserved. Can you explain? Is the quoted price on Zuzuche reliable? There are too many uncertainties for the renter.
