This company is very unreliable. I reserved a large 7-seater, but they gave us a small 7-seater similar to a Touran. We had 6 people and 6 suitcases, which didn't fit. The staff at the location initially told us there were no available cars because we arrived late and all the larger cars had been taken. We argued, saying what was the point of making a reservation then? Our reservation clearly stated a large 7-seater. They ignored us and said they would deal with our issue after handling all other customers. When we saw the car, not only was it too small, but the middle seat in the second row wasn't usable because it was too cramped. We argued again that this didn't qualify as a 7-seater. They then managed to find another 7-seater nearby, but it was a manual, not the automatic I had reserved. After more negotiations, they only offered us a 200-euro discount. The whole ordeal took 3 hours, causing us to arrive at our hotel at 10 PM. Fortunately, the hotel waited for us.
