Satisfied overall, except for vehicle maintenance. The exterior was clean and new, but the engine oil light came on the second day, and I had to buy oil to refill it myself! The steering wheel vibrated at high speeds.

The service counter at the airport was good, but it took a long time to navigate out of the airport rental parking lot.

The car rental company is conveniently located right in the airport terminal. The rental process is simple and quick, and returning the car is also very easy and fast.

Everything went smoothly, the counter is right outside Terminal 1. However, the efficiency was typical of France, very slow. What normally takes 5 minutes took nearly an hour, waiting for the paperwork and then the keys... I was assisted by a black gentleman with a very heavy accent, which was challenging for my not-so-good English. When returning the car, I was assisted by a white gentleman. The return process was simple, just hand over the keys, done in ten seconds.
