Great service, picking up the car was very easy and quick.

Quick service, clear communication, and very friendly staff.

I had reserved a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but upon arrival at the store, I was told it was unavailable. I was offered a Hyundai Santa Fe instead. Wanting an American car, I paid extra to upgrade to a Ford Mustang and specifically requested a V8 engine, which was confirmed. However, I received a convertible model with a V4 engine. Had I known it was like the domestic version, I wouldn't have paid to upgrade. I felt misled by the staff.

Excellent! Very convenient! No forced upselling. Just went and got it done, no waiting required.

Good service but tried to upsell at each visit.... bigger car. Small negative, otherwise great. Good value.
