Changing reservations is hassle-free

It was okay, but the car I rented was not a "Grand Cherokee", it was just a regular SUV. This is quite misleading on the rental company's part, so I give a basic satisfaction rating.

No queues, probably because we arrived early in the morning.

There were additional sales. Due to my poor language skills, extra taxes and fees were incurred, and I didn't get help from QEEQ to resolve it!

I booked a Dodge Grand Caravan on QEEQ, but when I arrived in the USA, I found the trunk was not very spacious. The Alamo attendant recommended a Toyota Sienna instead. It had much more space, easily fitting five people, four suitcases, and a wheelchair. Plus, the car was brand new with only 700 miles on it. It handled very well, making it perfect for the complex hills and streets of San Francisco.
