The service desk attendant had a bad attitude and was very mean with a hint of racism. I was writing my email, which is typically a QQ email for people in China, and she told me not to write my phone number but to write my email. She then directly complained to someone else, saying 'Does she really understand me? She's still writing numbers.' I explained that our emails are composed of numbers, but she said her computer couldn't input numeric characters into the email. How ridiculous.

Using the self-service machine to rent the car was very convenient and quick.

Comprehensive insurance, no charge for towing, no extra charges at the end, car was pretty good

Service is decent, but they still push insurance. It's confusing to understand what's covered and what's not. The car was in excellent condition.
