Self-checkout is quite convenient.

When picking up the car, the gas tank wasn't full, and I wasted an hour waiting.

Overall, the experience was quite smooth. The service attitude and the car condition were good, with no exceptional highlights or issues. The car had approximately 16,000 miles on it.

Throughout the trip, we used three cars in total. Two of them were new cars with only a few thousand kilometers, and one had over 20,000 kilometers. Overall evaluation: trustworthy.

Like: No surprises...got exactly what I reserved and for the price promised
Dislike: The upsell....would of loved to upgrade to a higher class however upgrade pricing were very far fetched....cost more to upgrade 1 class than the total cost of my 2 week rental!
