Even though it was a new car, it broke down unexpectedly, and the roadside assistance was very slow, which affected our subsequent plans. The rental agreement was for six days, but the car broke down after just four days. There was no compensation or refund for the remaining two days.

The process was convenient, everything was done in about 10 minutes.

Overall service is quite good. There was an unexpected issue with the vehicle and the replacement was not very timely. The language barrier and replacement procedure were not clear enough, and there was no assistance at critical moments, which was somewhat frustrating.

Alamo in Salt Lake City is very close to the terminal, just a 5-minute walk. Several car rental companies are in the same building. The Alamo staff were very friendly, and I picked up the car directly with my driver's license. The Ford Escape I rented was unavailable, so they gave me a free upgrade to a Chevrolet Equinox. The car's condition was good, with over 20,000 kilometers, and it was very spacious, although the power was just average.
