About Europcar: 4.0 /10
I used Hertz in Melbourne and Europcar in Sydney, and the difference was huge. Hertz gave me a free upgrade, while Europcar downgraded my car. The vehicle was in poor condition, and they pushed insurance on me. I had booked an Outlander but got a mini version instead. I'll stick with big companies in the future (the heavy Indian accent was also hard to understand).

No matter how careful you are, there's always some kind of fees to be charged and they never tell you this, e.g. premium location charge, which was never mentioned to me neither when I booked the vehicle nor when I met the counter staff to collect the car.
