This company does not have an office at the airport; you have to call them to get picked up.
The right front tire of the car they gave us was deflated and visibly flat. I pointed out that the tire had an issue, but the person in charge said it was fine and that we could just inflate it at a gas station. We had no choice but to take the car, and ended up having to inflate the tire daily. The worst part was that before reaching the town of Cappadocia, at around 6 PM, the tire went completely flat and couldn't be repaired, so we had to replace it with the spare tire. Since we were planning to drive within Turkey for a few more days, we had to buy a used tire in a local town as a backup, costing us 50 liras, and we have a video as proof. When returning the car, they refused to take responsibility for the tire, claiming it was not covered. We were in a hurry to catch our flight and couldn't argue with them. We hope your company can give us an explanation! We shouldn't have to pay for their faulty tire!
There is no fixed counter at the airport; both pick-up and drop-off are at the airport entrance. The person delivering the car asked for an 8-euro tip. The vehicle is fairly old but functional. Make sure to check the car's exterior for scratches and take photos as a record.
