Knowing that automatic cars are scarce in Europe, I made sure to book one through Zuzuche a month in advance. However, when picking up the car, I was informed it was manual. They even said I could cancel the contract if I was unhappy. This level of service is truly disappointing.
The Florence drop-off location is on the edge of the ZTL zone, making it very difficult to find. We spent over an hour circling around because it's at the edge of the ZTL zone. In the end, we had no choice but to park the car outside, walk to the rental store to confirm the driving route, go back out, and drive the car in. This caused us to drop the car off half an hour late and we were charged for an extra day. Overall, a very poor experience.
