Both pickup and return were smooth. We had booked a child safety seat, and it was already installed when we picked up the car. Thumbs up.

Quite a good car rental experience

Very enthusiastic, great service, the car felt very new and easy to drive.

The staff's attitude was quite good, the pickup process was very smooth, and the car was pretty new. However, there was no gas station on the way back to the airport from Padang, and the rental booth staff didn't mention this. As a result, we spent nearly an hour searching for a gas station at 21:30 but couldn't find one. With a flight at midnight, we had to return to the airport by 22:30 and pay for an expensive tank of gas. It started perfectly but ended very disappointingly...
