1. Circula sends a representative to pick up customers at the airport holding a sign since they don't have a counter at the airport. Make sure to check the car pick-up and drop-off times carefully written in English by the rental company. We arrived late, exhausted and stressed, and thought showing the Zuzuche order was enough. They handed us an order, we signed it quickly, only wanting to get the car as soon as possible. We didn't realize they put the return time a day earlier. When it was time to return the car, the Circula owner scolded us, asking why they couldn't reach us on our Turkish phone the previous day. We found it weird because we had a data SIM card, not a phone SIM card. We had our Chinese phone, why didn't they contact that? They wanted to charge us an extra day. I urgently called Zuzuche, but it was 3 or 4 am in China, and although someone was on duty, they couldn't actively resolve the issue.
