Kudos to Hertz! As expected from a large company, their service is efficient and seamless. You just need to stand by the roadside, and the staff will drive the car right up to you.

The Car was in a very good condition. Hertz service was simply superb and their staff were quite prompt in their service. At the time of dropping, we noticed some issue with the fuel level indicator. They politely accepted my complain and within one day confirmed the issue from their side and did not charge any additional charges. I would like to specially thank Ms. Fitri who followed up on this and responded promptly. I will recommend Hertz, especially for their service and kind staff.

The counter staff was very friendly and assisted us in the best way she can. We was given an upgrade with a much spacious & new vehicle, my family enjoyed very much for the whole journey. Thank you Hertz!

I booked for BMW X1 but was given BMW 320. Car boot was smaller - and we have difficulty fitting the 4 pieces of luggage.
