Very poor service, booked a Camry but got a Qashqai. The whole family and luggage were cramped together. Complained to the rental company, and they claimed it was an upgrade. This issue has never been resolved.

The staff was very professional and informed me that I had booked a relatively large seven-seater car. When I requested to switch to a smaller SUV, the staff recommended one for me and saved me around a hundred dollars. The only issue was due to my limited English skills, I had trouble communicating about buying insurance, but I resolved it using a translation app. Returning the car was also very simple. After receiving the keys and asking if the tank was full and if there were any damages, the staff told me to go ahead with my flight check-in. Overall, renting a car in Australia is convenient and quick!
