We picked up the car at Munich Airport. We arrived at 6:30 AM, and they only start working at 7:00 AM. They helped us with the car rental at 6:50 AM, which was quite convenient, although it seems there was some extra charge for early service. The car was in good condition. Returning the car at Frankfurt Airport was easy to find. Overall, we are quite satisfied.
The staff's attitude was mediocre. I emphasized that I rented a Porsche, but they gave me a similar model and insisted it was impossible to provide me with a Porsche. They also pushed me to buy insurance, which I refused.
I purchased full insurance from the rental company, but there was no staff accompanying me to pick up the car. They just handed me the key, and I had to find the car myself. The vehicle was a Jeep hybrid with a small fuel tank, which was inconvenient, and the fuel wasn’t topped off. After negotiating, they refunded me upon returning the car. The interior was a mess, like a trash can, with drink cups, fast food bags, and cookie crumbs everywhere. It seemed like they didn’t inspect or clean the car after the previous customer’s return. One of the rear seatbelts was also broken.
The process was smooth, but the staff initially recommended some better cars without mentioning the additional cost. The sales approach could be improved.
