The rental hall was quiet, and everyone’s eyes were on me. Did I say something inappropriate? I just asked why I was told I would be charged for a full tank of gas when I was supposed to return it with a full tank. After answering impatiently, they didn’t stop and continued to complain loudly about why I needed so long to read the contract. Is it such a waste of time if I check the contract for five minutes? How else would I know if there are problems? Do you really need to attract everyone's attention?

It's my third time renting a car, and this time from this company. Extremely dissatisfied! Make sure to inspect the car for damages before picking it up! When I picked up the car, the person who was supposed to inspect it said they were off work. They intentionally told me to leave, and someone inside shooed me away. I felt uneasy because who picks up a car without inspecting it? Now I realize these people are really bad. I've learned my lesson. It was dark and windy, and impossible to see. When I returned the car, they inspected it very thoroughly and blamed even the smallest scratches on me. I absolutely did not cause them, and they admitted I didn’t. But they said someone else must have hit me and since I didn’t buy full insurance, which is more expensive than the rental, I had to pay for it myself. It’s all a scam.

Charged a lot more than expected, from the initial 456 euros to the final 1175 euros.

They gave me an Audi Q2 instead of Audi A4.

It was good throughout.

Car was in very poor condition. Have never had a car with so many scratches and dents. The exterior was absolutely filthy. The wait time at counter for pick up was painfully long.
