Very satisfied with the car rental service. At the airport counter, we handed over the documents and they took us to the parking lot to pick up the car. Before taking the car, we checked for any scratches on the exterior, and their staff proactively marked them on the form and reminded us to return the car with a full tank. They also marked a 24-hour gas station on the map for us. When returning the car, we were worried about the early time (5:30 AM) causing delays, but as soon as we parked, a THAI representative arrived by car. The entire process of vehicle inspection and checkout took no more than 15 minutes.

The store at Phuket International Airport is easy to find, the rental company is reputable, and the car is in good condition.

When returning the car, just drive to the designated parking lot and look for people in Thai Rent A Car uniforms to inspect and collect the car. The procedure was very simple and done in three minutes, and the service was very friendly! I will definitely rent from Thai Rent A Car again when I go to Phuket!
