The staff was patient and detailed in explaining all the important points during pickup. The car was in good condition. Return procedures were simple and quick! A very pleasant car rental experience abroad!
Great value! The staff provided thorough service. I initially chose to pick up the car in San Jose and return it at Los Angeles LAX, but I wanted to change it to Burbank Airport near Los Angeles. They checked this for me. In the end, all I needed to do was to return the car in Burbank.
Pretty good. The location is prominent, the service is enthusiastic, and the car is in great condition.
