Very good and professional; the car given was not the exact model I booked but was in the same category.

Very satisfied with the car rental service. At the airport counter, we handed over the documents and they took us to the parking lot to pick up the car. Before taking the car, we checked for any scratches on the exterior, and their staff proactively marked them on the form and reminded us to return the car with a full tank. They also marked a 24-hour gas station on the map for us. When returning the car, we were worried about the early time (5:30 AM) causing delays, but as soon as we parked, a THAI representative arrived by car. The entire process of vehicle inspection and checkout took no more than 15 minutes.

Excellent service. They have a counter inside the airport and you can pick up your car directly at the airport parking lot, which is very convenient. The best part is that since it's a local company, you can pick up the car even at midnight or early morning, which other international brands can't offer.

The attitude was excellent, returning the car was very convenient, and there were no hidden charges. The car was also very new, with only a little over 30,000 kilometers. Overall, I am very satisfied!
