I personally use this car rental company both in Germany and the USA. The service quality is top-notch, with no additional sales or imposed services. The car return and inspection process is fast and efficient. The cars are new and in good condition, with full fuel tanks.
The overall service was quite good. On the second day, I had a flat tire and called for a tow truck. The communication was very efficient, and QEEQ's customer service was also very helpful.
Only 1 driver allowed.
I had called to confirm we could have 2 drivers.
One tire was really low on air. Thrifty would not fill up.
Previous renters trash was still in car
Like: Costs, promptness Dislike: All of the rental cars in the fleet (Intermediate) were pretty badly scratched up and dinged but there was no inspection of the car before we left. We had to point that out to the security person at the gate before we went the lot, to make sure that we wouldn't be blamed later.
Like: The rental agents were all friendly, helpful, and the price for our rental was excellent. Dislike: The car was just ok. I had never driven a Nissan Sentra and was disappointed with the performance. I picked the car, so that is on me. The interior of the car was not very clean.
Dislike: Van st airport said EZ...I asked if it was the same as Easy Rental... he said yes...waited at wrong office for 25 mins
