The Asian clerk began to stall and refuse to complete the transaction. I mentioned that I had rented a car from this Alamo location five days ago with no such requirement, and the clerk became hesitant but still did not verify the law with a manager or provide us with any documentation. The whole incident was very unpleasant. I hope that in the future, Zuzuche improves their system to inform renters in advance about necessary insurance requirements at the rental location, preventing forced sales.
