Picking up the car was very convenient. There were some hiccups due to personal reasons, my friend's husband was the designated driver, so I couldn't use my credit card for the pre-authorization; it had to be in the name of the designated driver. Be sure to keep this in mind! Returning the car was easy, just park and go.
The car was relatively new and was in a good condition. We had a lot of luggage for which there was good amount of room in the boot. We had some rough weather at Rocky mountain national park, but the car held up really well. Overall, a very good experience.

Qeeq.com is a great platform which provides good value for money. It is easy to book and navigate. While I did not use their customer service on this trip, I have used it on other occasions and found it to be very reliable and prompt.

Dislike: After my car was confirmed and the credit card info was taken, the transaction ended a bit weird in that I was asked in subsequent email to provided info about my request and a screen shot of the credit card transaction which I did not. I was then told that the transaction would be confirmed in a few days. I thought I was being scammed and was concerned that my credit card info would be compromised. A couple of days later, I did get the confirmation and, I confess, I did contact Alamo to be sure that I had a car reserved because I didn't want to begin my trip with no vehicle or trying to negotiate a rental last minute. Luckily, I had a week for this to work out and for me to feel comfortable. Once that happened, all was good.
Like: easy pickup - all insurance pd with reservation, not a big pushfor more.
