The management is somewhat disorganized.

When I arrived, the car I chose was not available. The price was the same but the car was changed from a Mercedes to a Toyota.

We rented a 5-seater SUV in San Francisco. They asked if we wanted a 7-seater since there were only two of us, but we declined. However, the staff still gave us a 7-seater (probably because there were no 5-seaters left). I asked if there was any extra charge, and they said no. When we returned the car at LA Airport five days later, I found an extra charge of $59.75 on my receipt for the upgrade. They told me to contact San Francisco for any disputes. I called San Francisco and explained the situation; they promised a refund. I haven't received it yet, but I will continue to follow up.
