The car pickup location at Antalya Airport is quite conspicuous, but the place where you handle the paperwork is far from where you pick up the car. There was an old man handling the paperwork who seemed to make the process difficult with many formalities. Luckily, we had a young guy assisting us, so there weren't too many unnecessary issues. Returning the car in Izmir was inconvenient, as you need to park the car at the entrance of the parking lot, find the car drop-off point in the underground parking by yourself, and get an entry card to enter. Everything was in Turkish, which made it incomprehensible, and no one answered the phone.
Added insurance fees without informing. Due to the language barrier, we didn’t notice and signed the contract, resulting in hidden insurance fees being deducted from the deposit.
