She forced me to upgrade, costing an extra 10 euros per day. Then she repeatedly emphasized that I hadn't bought their insurance. I showed her the insurance I bought in my country, and she said she didn't know if that company would cover it. The car was very new with just over 20,000 kilometers. The vehicle was very clean when received.

I rented a Tesla, having never driven one before. The Europcar agent Herman was very helpful in explaining the basics to me. I would definitely rent through them again.

В итоге заплатил на 120 евро больше чем планировал.
