The car was almost brand new (less than 3000km mileage). Very good condition and they offered me an upgrade for $50 per day but I declined since I didn’t need a more ex car for 16 days. Overall no issues.

I had some queries about the rental and they answered them promptly. However I wish they had helped me get in contact directed to the Vancouver booth directly.

I happened to go when the counter was empty and it was a really smooth experience. Overall I would say the experience was very smooth and the staff was very helpful.

I like the price drop protector as many of my bookings I have gotten a pleasant surprise when the price drops!

No navigation system. Other companies offer free navigation and free car upgrades, but this company downgraded me. I booked a Ford SUV, considering the safety of American cars, but they gave me a Hyundai. When I asked why it wasn't a Ford, they said it's the same category. Speechless.

It was a good car, however, I faced an issue in the deposit blocking at the airport counter. But the staff was very cooperative (Chris). Finally managed to book the car.

It is a nice platform makes it easy to book rent a cars quickly and gives option for full insurance which all the rental companies try to resell while picking the car. If QEEQ can integrate the insurance claims so that deductible zero insurance booked in QEEQ is taken into account
